About Me

Charlene Gozony, owner of Gozony LNC, is a California native with over 25 years of experience in healthcare. She served in the U.S. Army for 11 years in the medical corps, carrying the values of a soldier. Ms. Gozony holds a master's degree (MSN) in Hospital Leadership from Grand Canyon University and received her Legal Nurse Consulting certificate from the Cal State Long Beach CLS program. In 1998, she obtained her ADN from the United States Army Reserves: Golden West College.

Certified as a Critical Care RN by the American Association of Critical Care Nurses since 2006, Ms. Gozony has worked in various clinical settings, including Critical Care, Emergency Care, Orthopedics, Medical Surgical, Telemetry, and Wound Care. She has held roles such as Director of Critical Care Services, Nurse Manager of Telemetry, and Urology. Ms. Gozony has extensive experience in creating and implementing house-wide policies, managing inpatient units, and establishing float pools for multiple hospitals in Los Angeles and Riverside.

Throughout her career, Ms. Gozony has served as a critical care educator, developing onboarding and training programs for new graduate nurses. She is a member of the American Association for Legal Nurse Consultants, American Association for Critical Care Nurses, and is affiliated with the Newport Beach Chamber of Commerce, Santa Ana Chamber of Commerce, and the Orange County Bar Association.
